Maria Nicoletti, FDNP, provides functional wellness education, coaching, and support.

Maria Nicole Wellness takes a functional approach to wellness by considering information such as health history, symptoms, lifestyle, wellness goals, and functional laboratory findings.

Maria Nicole Wellness services are intended to support informed self-care and wellness decisions.

No Medical Diagnosis or Treatment

Maria Nicoletti does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment through Maria Nicole Wellness.

Maria Nicole Wellness does not:

  • diagnose disease
  • treat disease
  • prescribe medication
  • discontinue or modify prescription medication
  • provide emergency medical care
  • replace your physician or other licensed healthcare provider

  • reporting significant changes or reactions

Practitioner-Client Relationship

Visiting this website, reading content, downloading materials, subscribing to an email list, following Maria Nicole Wellness on social media, or participating in a complimentary consultation does not by itself create an ongoing practitioner-client relationship.

A formal client relationship begins only after the required enrollment process and applicable service agreement have been completed.

Complimentary Consultations

Complimentary consultations are intended to:

  • learn about your concerns and goals
  • explain Maria Nicole Wellness services
  • determine whether the services appear to be an appropriate fit
  • answer general questions about working together

A complimentary consultation is not a medical consultation, diagnosis, or individualized medical treatment visit.

Clients who enroll in a Maria Nicole Wellness program may be required to sign a separate service agreement addressing matters such as:
